Martin, thanks for reporting this bug. It looks like a simple one-character fix and the bug is not specific to Dutch.
An interesting side effect is that the homepage now appears as about:home instead of http:// start.ubuntu. com/10. 04/Google/ but that's not really a problem.
I have attached a bzr branch with the fix.
