Define and refine processes

    * Define processes and path:
          o New people join
          o People submit contributions (patch approval, test, feedback...)
          o People collaborate together
          o People deal with conflict
          o Security advisory (with contact email)
          o etc.
    * Check simplicity of processes regularly (Ford-style):
          o Goal chieved quickly
          o Fewest steps possible
          o Each step simple, well documented, clearly communicated
          o Whole process is clearly communicated
          o Quality is checked regularly (achieves the outcome, efficiency, documentation, openess to change and improvement)
