Thanks! Do you know if it would be possible to have one man page that is opened for both "man redshift" and "man gtk-redshift"?

Some how I missed your question until now. I think the simplest way to do that would be to install a symlink.

Yes, probably. Also, it seems that the debian maintainers have created
a man page for redshift (and possibly gtk-redshift) several releases
ago (and forgot to push it upstream). I'll see if I can get hold of
it, maybe there's some stuff in it that can be incorporated into the
man page you wrote.
