support google shortlinks API

Google Apps for Domain have a shortlinks API.

It's similar to tinyurl but allows to have private / public tinyurl like service and you can control all shortened URL within your organisation.

I have it anabled on my domain and I'd love to use it seemlessly though gwibber.
Ideally I would want to be able to set up private/public, password & domain to use with my google apps shortlinks.

And I'm attaching a sample python script provide by google as an example of using shorlinks.

I would be awesome to be able to use my custom urlshortening service =) If you need live system to test on I can give gwibber developer access to my google apps for domain to play around with it / use it forever ;-)
