Clock hovers off of panel mode

Bug Description
I have docky in panel mode and the clock now seems to be offset so that it hovers above the panel (see image).
Hardware:
-NVIDIA graphics card
I am running:
-Ubuntu 10.04x64
-Docky 2.1.0r1357
-NVIDIA closed source drivers (latest revision)
-Mono JIT compiler version 2.4.4
-Gnome 2.30.0
The clock is set:
-Digital Clock
-24-Hour Clock
-Show Date
The Panel is set:
-Classic Theme
-No Hiding
-24 Icon Size
-Panel Mode
-No 3D Background
-Manage Windows w/o Launcher

I just wanted to add a few notes:
1. Turning off 24-hour mode or Show Date does not fix the hovering
2. Turning off digital clock 'fixes' the issue as the analogue clock is properly positioned
3. Turning off panel mode does not fix the issue
4. Changing themes does not fix the problem
5. Moving the docklet's position does not fix the issue
