Bug Description
Rather than the "Tube status" window, which is pretty much useless to anyone other than me, there should be a "troubleshooting wizard" that gives useful, user-oriented messages about what might be wrong and how to fix it.
For example:
* If it appears that Empathy is not running.
* If Empathy is running but status is off-line.
* If Empathy is running but there are no XMPP/Jabber/GTalk accounts.
* If there are accounts online but no friends who are also running connectr.
Note: I'm conflating Empathy with the Telepathy framework, here, but that's probably OK. When it becomes relevant, we can start listing several programs in its place.

Partial progress (committed to trunk): at least rephrase the messages so that they'll make end-user sense ("Not running connectr" rather than "Can't handle au.com. baum.connectr" , for instance).
