Upgrading from 9.10 to 10.04
Samba asks to replace smb.conf. Replaces with maintainers version hit continue and apt crashed trying to upgrade samba.

Hi Chuck,

Thanks for halving a look. The upgrade finished after that, once I rebooted I was able to update without further problems.
