Vertical scrolling down arrow doesn't always scroll

Steps to Reproduce
1) Build via "make -f SciTest all"
2) "cd build/Application/"
3) "open Demo.app"
4) use the "down arrow" to scroll down"

Expected Results
Will be able to scroll to the bottom of the file

Actual Results
Stops scrolling @ line 37

this is a rounding error. See lp:~masmullin/scintilla-cocoa/mpatch2.20 the change from rev 44->45 for a fix.

Wups. Forgot to push 45. Anyway, change is on its own based on current trunk-headrev (rather than on the 2.20 code). See proposed review from https://code.launchpad.net/~masmullin/scintilla-cocoa/vertScroll

Had to fix it differently. The proposed patch broke scrolling with the scroller knob.
