Bug Description
With this real time kernel, when I use the ttyUSB0, it appears that the serial port doesn't work right. I am using it to access my ham radio with hamlib, and gtkterm. Everything works fine with the generic kernel, but with the real time kernel here, the first three characters "IF;" don't all get through. It doesn't matter if I use hardware handshaking or none, the communication always gets stuck there. If I play with toggling the RTS signal in gtkterm, and mess around with it, I can get some responses sometimes. Once it starts working, it seems okay, at least for a while, but everytime I reboot into the real time kernel it doesn't work. And in the generic kernel it works both with and without hardware handshaking. Here is a web page detailing my setup:

I am happy to test the problem, and if you give me ideas of where to look for the issue, I am willing to try to figure it out.
Thanks,
Rob
