Bug Description
Synopsis/
This bug occurs when a volume's RenderMode attribute has already been switched to "As sections", and new section sets are created. The section set creation process also fails to create new 3D section shape nodes until a section is changed (should be done automatically upon creation).

Workaround/Fix:
A possible fix for this bug involves a modification of ShapeSet3DInt, i.e., a method called by the addShape method in response to the addition of a new SectionSet3DInt, which adds a section set node to the bounds node.
The current end user workaround if a Volume3DInt is not displayed on sections is to switch its RenderMode attribute to "As volume" and then back to "As sections". It should then display properly.

Volume3DInt has been extensively refactored. This bug no longer exists.
