brightside-properties isn't launchable from the menus

Binary package hint: brightside

Brightside installs its .desktop file to the wrong directory. It uses /usr/share/control-center-2.0/ which is obsolete and unused. The result is that brightside-properties doesn't show up in the menus anywhere.

It also puts a single bitmap icon in /usr/share/pixmaps/. It should instead copy the three icons it already has to the appropriate places in /usr/share/icons.
