Bug Description

Binary package hint: usb-creator

If I have a CD in my CD drive it appears in the CD-Drive/Image list at the top of the screen.

If I then select an ISO image with the "Other" button it adds that file to the CD-Drive/Image list but it isn't selected, the CD drive is still selected.

Seen the same thing here. The first time I did not notice it and for some reason, it happily started copying files from the cdrom to the usb stick and the cdrom was not a bootable system at all, but just a set of files and folders I had backed up at one point. This is on maverick.

Changed in usb-creator (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Medium
status: New → Triaged
