Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

when i connect my laptop to a projector, the display on screen is cut in half and not viewable correctly. This worked on hardy and on karmic. now running lucid.

Seems this is a docky issue. With docky open you get a massive black box on the screen. Closing docky causes it to go away.

Docky needs a window manager with enabled compositing support. There are plans to support non-compositing with less features enabled.
