Frequently unable to load applet at yahoo bridge game

Even after click the "click here if applet fail to load" statement at the applet it again and again happen.

Last time I even get this message on yahoo games applet:

"Error loading text: java.net ConnectException: Connection refused.

At Firefox Error console I get this message:

"Error: Permission denied for <http://ad.yieldmanager.com> to call method Location.toString on <http://games.yahoo.com>."

When I close an applet table by hit x button on yahoo bridge games
Look like I still inside until somebody boot me
The only one way to get out is by hit the Quit button
