If theres alot of activity it causes xchat to lock up

Bug Description

When testing out your plugin it seems that xchat freezes if I have too much going on in
a channel I'm not sure if this is because when espeak runs in the background it causes applications to come
to a complete halt I may investigate this myself :S

It might be that I need to call espeak within a separate thread, or maybe this is a problem with espeak itself.

I've created a new version 1.03 which should fix this bug. Commands being sent to espeak are now queued in a separate thread, which avoids locking up the main xchat interface.
