battery alert window when the battery is fully charged

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Steps to reproduce, charge the battery completely, unplug it. An alert appears telling that battery power is low and the computer will be sent to hibernation. The indicator applet says that the battery is fully charged and shows the correct remaining time
