Bug Description
In the windows version 0.10.4 ( i have not tested other platforms ) If you enter new eyepieces in the Ocular plugin and have "Scale Image Circle" un-checked then scroll through the eye pieces the object does not change size in the circle. You have to restart Stellarium for the changes to take effect.
An example is add several eye pieces with the same aFOV but different focal lengths.
Make sure "Scale Image Circle" is not checked.
Find a target like M3 and use ctrl-[ and ctrl-] to scroll through your newly added eye pieces.
M3 will stay the same size.
Restart Stellarium and try it again. M3 now gets bigger/smaller in the circle.
This may happen with newly added telescopes also. I have not tested it thoroughly.

Actually i just discovered that any time you go into the Ocular configuration window then come back out (with out changing anything) the eye peices with the same aFOV and different focal lengths again dont change the object size in the circle.
You have to quit Stellarium for Ocular to start functioning properly again.
