FEATURE: Transform box for nodes.

Hi.

I would like to request a feature for transforming nodes only.
It is similar to #170721 i believe, but I find it missing as well.
It was available in Freehand and is currently in illustrator (although under submenus).
The feature is for transforming nodes as you would transform objects.
Using a transform box only around the selected nodes would be brilliant in cases where you need to transform or rotate only part of your path. I know inkscape has the capability, because you can use the <,>,[,] bottons, but with hardly any control of what you are doing.
This would help a lot.

I have made an illustration.
The name of the duck is Doug ;P
In this example the idea is a very easy way of rotating Dougs head so he could look up at the sky for a change.

Wow. This not only fixes that one problem. Many issues i have had is solved
by this :D
It is a impressive rewrite.
