Bug Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login into http://
2. Modify your password to Test1 in the 2 password boxes
3. Note that the warning on the top password is correct there weren't 8 letters
4. Note also there is a didn't match password on the second box
I'm assuming this is because the first password got emptied when there was the less than 8 character issue was tripped and so the second reported that it didn't match the first as it was now empty.
I believe the easiest way round this is to simply tell the second not to display a fault if one is already displayed.

Tentatively assigning to 2.6.0. We doing other UI work in this area so we can probably fix it at the same time.
