Bug Description

after changing locale from "de_DE:de" to "de_DE@euro" the applet cook my cpu

Ubuntu 10.04 i386 Dual Core T7300 3 GB Ram

follow these steps:

- in a terminal run : sudo locale-gen de_DE@euro
- gksudo gedit /etc/environment and change lang to "de_DE@euro"
- gksudo gedit /etc/default/locale and change lang to "de_DE@euro"

reboot and change at gdm screen language to Deutschland (iso 8*)

now i use 10.10 and the applet eats 15 % cpu
