Bug Description
Dragging an icon on to the dock should generate a space that is the width of the zoomed launcher + normal buffer.
Currently, a 48px dock generates a very small space to drag into. However, a 16px dock generates this ridiculously huge space to drag into.
This doesn't make sense.
Also, spacing should not be uniform, it should scale just as the icons scale.

And with zoom disabled I see no space at all.
