No action is done when choose the menu item "Change View Mode"

It seems that nothing is done when choosing the menu item "Change View Mode", which is under the menu "View".

I remember that in previous version, I can cycle Me TV window between the following states:
1. TV with EPG
2. TV without EPG
3. TV without menu/toolbar

Yeah, I never hooked this up. But I'm surprised that anyone found it, I figured that most people just right-click.

Maybe, GUI should not be controlled by keyboard. I didn't remember I can achieve the same result with right click.

By the way, tested the function in revision 455, right click, "V" key and menu item works.

Keyboard actions are good for people trying to control with a remote.
