SD card size limit doesn't account for FAT overheads

Bug Description
Quoting Willu:
"The database stores the file size downloaded in bytes. Because
this will be rounded up to the nearest block on the sd card, and sd
card blocks are quite large, this is a rather poor estimate of the on-
disk size of the cache."
I think going through the SD card to work out the size is going to take too long for large tilesets, so I think the database has to be used somehow.
