System doesn't resume after susend

I'm using 10.04LTS for x86_64 architecture on Asus A6R laptop with Core2Due T7200 processor and ATI x200M chipset.
The problem is the system doesn't wake up after suspend to RAM: the screen is black, only cold restart helps.
