Uploads tracks back to server after player touches them

Bug Description

I have downloaded a set of tracks from the U1MS using Banshee (could have been Rhythmbox too, no matter). They got correctly added to Banshee's library and i listened to them. Now, I have that Banshee feature enabled where Banshee writes back ratings and play counts back to the file. This causes the last modified time of the file to be changed each time i listen to it. U1 then takes that as a reason to upload the file back to the server, which doesn't seem to make sense.

Possible solutions:

1) make ~/.ubuntuone/Purchased Music download-only
2) after downloading, move the files out of that folder into a directory chosen by the user, ~/Music by default.

Hello I want to add:

3) Only send metadata to update the remote file if just this changed so it will be useful with each kind of app / folder.
