Bug Description

I drag and drop files into my ubuntu one folder on my laptop. These files do not get transferred to the server. I have a constant message saying file synchronisation in progress.

Hi!

We would need DEBUG logs to find the issue here.

You should do the following:

1. stop the syncdaemon client ("u1sdtool --quit") and be sure it's fully stopped ("ps -eaf | grep ubuntuone-client" should give you nothing).

2. put a file named syncdaemon.conf in your $HOME/.config/ubuntuone directory with the following information:

[logging]
level = DEBUG

3. restart the client.

4. attach here the logs, just zip you $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here.

Thanks for your time and help!

bootedguy, as I wrote in that bug, we ran into some issues with scaling across database shards, and we need a new software layer between the client and the database, and we hope that'll be in today or early this week.

We hadn't have this problem when Garry reported his problem, I'll keep waiting his logs.
