Dragging link from location bar to filesystem sometimes fails

I often drag a link from the location bar (the icon actually), but sometimes I get the following error message:

Error while copying.
There was an error getting information about .....
HTTP Error: Method Not Allowed

Two examples I've just tried:

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. I just tested the links you provided on my own machine and had the same results. I'm setting this to Confirmed for now, and will look into the issue more.

Sometimes, instead of creating a link, it tries to save the html.
That happened just now, when I tried to create a link to this very page.
On a second attempt, the link was created successfully.

Still happening with Firefox 3.6.16 on Ubuntu 10.10 (up-to-date)
