Bug Description

Blinking 'Sleep' light in PowerBook G4 (1.5 GHz) and Edgy Eft.

Whether installed or running 'live' the light on the lid latch that normally only blinks on and off while the PowerBook is sleeping actually blinks on and off during the whole of a session in Edgy Eft.

I do not think it interferes with the actual performance of the PowerBook, but am reporting this on the off chance that it is indicative of some other problem/concern

Can you post the printout of:

cat /proc/cpuinfo

This will give us information on your specific model of PowerBook

I'm running OS X at the moment and can't reboot right now.

AFAIK, cpuinfo didn't work.

I found this, however, and hope it helps.
