404 error on saving launchpad mugshot

First of all, thanks for this funny and great application!
I was trying to save my me to launchpad as a launchpad mugshot, the authentication progress went smoothly. However, when trying to actually upload anything, I get the following error:

Does this issue still occur and if so does it occur on other machines outside of your network?
