The 1.17-1 package was pulled from parallelrealities and isn't available in any Ubuntu pool. This bugreport is about issues with a third party package and thus considered invalid for Ubuntu. Supporting every potential external packaging effort isn't something that's useful or could possibly work out properly.

Thanks for you interest in the package!
