Bug Description
The command running running the simulations using the simcontrol.py script should be changed to
./simcontrol.py --execute-
instead of
./simcontrol --execute-locally --restrict-

The correct call should be
./simcontrol.py --execute-locally --restrict-
Only the '.py' was missing.
