Location of playground plugins changes in Python 2.6

Bug Description

When installing the simulation campaign plugin included in the Wrowser package, the manual says to add

[AdditionalPluginPaths]
path1 = /usr/lib/python[version]/site-packages/openwns/wrowser/playgroundPlugins/

to the configuration file. With Python 2.6 the standard location is:

[AdditionalPluginPaths]
path1 = /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/openwns/wrowser/playgroundPlugins

The manual should be changed accordingly.

This is addressed in this bug/wish: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openwns-wrowser/+bug/559052 if we solve this the problem will vanish.
