[pre-3.0] Account configuration should not be stored in ~/.cache/gwibber/gwibber.sqlite

I'm using the pre-3.0 branch of Gwibber.

I recently wiped out ~/.cache/gwibber for testing purposes, and when I restarted Gwibber, I had no accounts set up.

Configuration data should be stored separately from cache data, according to the XDG directory spec. So accounts, preferences, etc, should really be in gconf/gsettings or a separate sqlite database in ~/.config/gwibber.

I didn't really think too much about which stuff belonged in which database, so I just moved account and stream management to a new DB.
