Bug Description

KDE Network Settings documentation - the front page is unformatted and contains markup eg "This manual explains how to install and use &kappname"

Using Ubuntu Dapper Drake 6.06 with kubuntu-desktop installed.

The dtd is incorrectly specified as 'dtd/kdex.dtd' which doesn't exist. Other docs in kdeadmin have the same problem. kdex.dtd should probably be added to this package, and a full path to the file should probably be added to the .docbook files.

Rocco, I wanted to incorporate this in Feisty, but it does not fix it for me. Can you confirm that it works?

This is not an issue with the document as you can do help:/knetworkconf in Konqueror and it displays fine. It is either a rogue .desktop file or some strange issue with KHelpCenter that we haven't found yet. I am looking at it again working upstream but won't guarantee anything as of yet. Thanks!

Fix should be included in 4.1.1, though knetworkconf is broken anyway in KDE 4.
