User actionparsnip recommended to highlight a few security related issues that might speed up the update:

1.2.1 - Fixes bug related to data persistence via snapshotting or append only file, which causes data loss.
1.2.4 - Fixes bug related to replication with db files larger than 2 GB.
1.2.6 - Fixes bug that causes broken slave-side .rdb files and a bug that causes a broken replication of values that were set with MSET.
