Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
The slideshow in Ubuntu should mention Kubuntu for the following reason.
Many people quit on Ubuntu because they don't like GNOME.
Some of these people never here about K/X buntu and would stick to Ubuntu had they known.

This is something the website does (or should / could do). By the time a user is _installing_ Ubuntu, our job is to help him enjoy it, not to second guess him :)
Unfortunately, installing the Kubuntu desktop within an existing Ubuntu install is sub-optimal because all the Kubuntu packages go alongside all the Gnome packages, thus a very big and complex system. That situation may improve in the future, at which point we could reconsider this.
