Binary package hint: cython

cython without python-dev is not usable as cython generates
c-code that includes e.g. Python.h which is available in python-dev.

As of 0.14.1-1, python-dev is now a suggests. Oneiric has 0.14.1-6, so I am marking this Fix Released. Please report any other issues you may find. If you feel this needs to be in a stable release, please follow the stable release update procedure: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates
