gdebi-gtk crashes when trying to install package gthumb-data from webupd8 ppa

Binary package hint: gdebi

I downloaded the package gthumb-data from the webupd8 ppa, tried to install it via gdebi-gtk, and gdebi-gtk crashed while loading. This is reproducible.
