Bug Description

Mint9, x64, on a Toshiba with core2duo (intel t5200), centrino (intel graphics, wifi, lan):

Just finished burning an ISO image to disk, using Brasero disk burner, and I got an error message at the end saying that I must eject it manually, instead of it ejecting it automatically... the error message was confusing, because it appeared the burning operation was still underway and not completed.

This is happening also in Ubuntu 10.04 with brasero v2.30.1-0ubuntu2.

Moreover, if you try to use Tools-->Eject it will say there's no drive to which send the eject command.
Manual ejection, of course, works perfectly with both the eject command and the hardware button on the drive.

This issue is still apparent in 10.10. I also sometimes get errors on my dvd avi player after getting this message and trying to play the avi files on my home dvd/avi player.
