Please sync freedroid 1.0.2+cvs040112-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  * SDL_rotozoom.c: include header with prototype of MyMalloc() to fix
    build problem (pointer-to-integer conversion) on amd64 and ia64.

This change was also made in Debian.
