Bug Description
When a page contains a .swf file (flash), the CTRL+T shorcut used to open a new tab stops working.
In order to open a new tab, the user must do it using the menus.

I have marked this bug as duplicate. In Firefox, keyboard commands will not work if your mouse is hovering over a embedded Flash object. If Ctrl+T does not work even when your mouse cursor is above static HTML (a condition I was not able to duplicate), please feel free to change this bug's status.
