Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

I have installed ubuntu 8.10 and all of it's updates. After doing so It just will not play dvds and will not load farm town play.

Non of the Movie Players play dvds and Fire Fox will not load graphics for Farm Town play.

As of April 30, Ubuntu 8.10 has reached End-of-Life. (See announcement: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-announce/2010-March/000130.html) I suggest you try this again with the latest version of Ubuntu, Lucid Lynx (10.04) and see if your problems have been addressed in a year and a half. Additionally, neither of the issues you mentioned are related to nautilus. Marking invalid.

I have upgraded to ubuntu 10.04 and still having some of same problems. I can only play some DVDs still can't play farm town.
