Bug Description

Binary package hint: dpkg

Basically, as a newcomer to Ubuntu, if no idea what to say exactly. I am not familiar with all the tech terms. The brightness of my display is very low, and I need to have it brighter, as it is under windows. I tried to upgrade the NVIDIA Driver, but that is what failed. My Laptop is a Samsung R700, manufactured in 2008
