Bug Description

Kickstart installatation of Ubuntu 10.04 results in a "Before the Logical Volume Manager can be configured, the current partitioning scheme has to be written to disk" prompt.

It only seems to occur when you have a LVM disk layout and install on an empty disk.
This prompt did not appear in Ubuntu 9.

Adding "preseed partman-lvm/confirm_nooverwrite boolean true" to the kickstart file seems to solve it, so I think kickseed should add that option by default.
