Thanks for reporting, but the description of your problem is no enough to try to reproduce it or find what might be the cause.

Please read this and it would be great if you can run the program in the debugger and attach the trace.

It would also be useful if you could let us know when exactly this happens. Based on the XsessionErrors log attached to this bug, it looks like you may have bug 401823 which seems to occur whenever Flash is being used in the browser.
