last update affects xterm

This update:

libx11 (2:1.0.3-0ubuntu2) edgy; urgency=low

  * Add 017_en_US_UTF-8_XI18N_OBJS patch which corrects the path to and
    the function name for the UTF8 handling functions. This makes UTF-8
    locales and applications like xterm work correctly again.

makes uxterm unable to open an input method making it fail the test charproc.c:6438 and then hitting a sleep(3) at charproc.c:6595 which is quite annoying.

I reverted that change to libx11 locally and the sleep(3) is no longer hit but, obviously, uxterm warns:

Warning: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C

which was the behaviour before although much more bearable to me than a 3 second wait to launch terminals.
