GTG rtm - add an option to reset the plugin auth state

Bug Description

I have reinstalled GTG from PPA. I created new tasks (after I deleted everything from .local/share/gtg). I have enable RTM plugin and when I click sync with RTM, I get window which says it will open browser window, but browser window is never opened.

xdg-open http://www.rememberthemilk.com
command opened new window in firefox without problems.

you have to delete also .config/gtg

Actually, just delete ~/.config/gtg/plugins/rtm-sync/

I have deleted token in ~/.config/gtg/plugins/rtm-sync/ and now everything is working.

Good. I'll keep this one open to remind myself to add an option to reset the plugin authorization state in an easier way.
