Bug Description

Newer versions of powersaved and kpowersave are in Edgy and work more reliably than what's found in Dapper. This is of value to Kubuntu users.

Just a heads-up, I think kpowersave needs to be built with the new libpowersave-dev that the backported package generates. I'm not sure how the build system works, but I believe this has to happen...
