Bug Description

Binary package hint: grub2

Grub failed to install to the following devices:
/dev/sda3
/dev/sda6

As a result it became impossible to boot up Windows on this dual boot notebook.

You'll have to fix Windows booting using fixboot (and possibly fixmbr - I only know the keywords, I don't actually know much about Windows).

I'm sorry that the installer guided you down the wrong path here; you really didn't want to select all those partitions for GRUB installation, but the current installer dialog made it far too tempting. This is bug 576724.
