"Share on Ubuntu One" and "Stop synchronizing on Ubuntu One" menu items disabled

I've shared some home folders on UbuntuOne, but using the nautilus client I can't stop their synchronization or share them with a contact. The menu items are simply disabled.

I have this bug (or documentation error) also.
It does not appear possible to share folders on Ubuntu One.
My screen shot is essentialy the same as reported by Marco Trevisan.
The Ubuntu One tutorial is also in error as it states that the nautilus client is the mechanism to use for sharing over Ubuntu One.

is that folder synchronized with ubuntu one?
what version of ubuntu are you using?

I have this problem also. I click "sync this folder" with ubuntu one,but when I tried to stop sync It displays error. I also tried to go outside the folder, right click the folder, choose Ubuntu One and stop sync. But it doesn't work also. Currently using Ubuntu 10.10 in both Desktop and netbook.

Confirmed in Natty using nightlies r858:

Using a folder like ~/foo/, sync it to Ubuntu One.

* The "Share" option is disabled in Nautilus
* I can share it using u1sdtool without problems.
* Once shared, it still shows the "Share" option, and still disabled, instead of the "Stop Sharing" Option

Additionally, with a folder like ~/Ubuntu One/bar/ the "Share..." option is available.

Anyone who is seeing this issue, can you check that the synchronized folder you're trying to share a folder from, is subscribed to, on the machine where this happens? You can check in ubuntuone-control-panel, or by running "u1sdtool --list-folders" in a terminal.

Had the same problem using the u1sdtool I was able to unsubscribe a folder from the sync.
